- Substack is building a new economic engine for culture, empowering independent writers, artists, videographers, podcasters, and creators to make a living through subscriptions.
- Drive Technical Recruitment Processes: lead end-to-end recruitment activities from role kick-offs and sourcing to interviews, debriefs, and offers.
- Develop Diverse Talent Pipelines: implement inclusive sourcing strategies and leverage innovative channels to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: design and deliver a highly engaging, professional, and memorable experience.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: establish, monitor, and analyze key recruiting metrics to optimize processes and forecast hiring needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage a high requisition volume while maintaining quality and candidate engagement.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience crafting innovative recruitment strategies and understanding of industry trends, best practices, and diversity-focused recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby or similar platforms is preferred.
