About the role

  • Envision Employment Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Team Lead to oversee large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–6 recruiters and sourcing specialists.
  • Assign requisitions, manage workload distribution, monitor performance, and ensure accountability against SLAs.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to high-volume and non-technical hiring needs.
  • Manage project timelines, hiring targets, and reporting in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive sourcing innovation to expand pipelines and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and operations to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment plans.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to optimize delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns in collaboration with HR Operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for recruitment-related challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Implement process improvements and leverage technology or automation tools to scale hiring.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including fill rate, time-to-hire, recruiter productivity, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations across all recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role managing a team of 5–6 recruiters.
  • Proven ability to set, track, and drive team performance against KPIs and hiring targets.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience in coaching and motivating teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfortable working with metrics and recruitment dashboards.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience with Teamtailor is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
