Own the virtual event strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with demand gen goals, brand positioning, and content priorities
Lead planning and execution of large-scale virtual summits, webinars, and digital roundtables, from concept through promotion, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up
Develop narratives and formats that reinforce Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative and marketing innovation
Partner with content, creative, and demand gen teams to deliver integrated campaigns that maximize registration, engagement, and pipeline impact
Recruit, brief, and manage speakers, including industry leaders, customers, and internal experts
Oversee all logistics: event platforms, production partners, budgets, and technical delivery
Track and report performance, translating engagement and pipeline data into actionable insights
Experiment with new formats, interactivity, and tools to push the boundaries of virtual events
Collaborate cross-functionally to raise execution standards and ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing mix
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand gen, with a focus on virtual/owned events
Proven track record running both large-scale summits (1,000+ registrants) and smaller, high-touch webinars or workshops
Strong ability to translate brand positioning into standout digital experiences
Excellent project management skills in a remote-first environment
Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (e.g. Zuddl) plus CRM/marketing automation and analytics tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident managing executive speakers and external partners
Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI
Curiosity and passion for creative industries, marketing innovation, and emerging AI tools for event experiences
