Own HubSpot CRM: build workflows, create dashboards, launch automations, ensure data hygiene, organize email templates, and maintain CRM playbooks
Research and implement sales operations best practices, evaluate new CRM features and AI tools, and canvass software/vendors to optimize the BD sales cycle
Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams on CRM initiatives such as refining lead scoring and reactivating cold leads
Work cross-functionally to carry out CRM enhancements and lead generation initiatives
Update and improve business reports and dashboards with macro and granular data and provide data-driven support to the Growth team
Requirements
1-2 years experience in a revenue operations, sales development representative, business development, analytics, or similar role
Fresh graduates with strong extra-curricular experience are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and CRM integrations
Analytical mindset with the ability to build reports, arrive at data-driven insights and troubleshoot problems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of tasks, and proposing solutions and process improvements
