About the role

Lead development of the Cryptoprocessing product covering merchant user experience, transaction processing and client integrations
Participate in strategic planning and define product line goals
Develop and maintain product roadmap, including priorities and timelines
Monitor market and competitors; collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify client needs and new opportunities
Describe and validate business logic of solutions with business analysts, designers and engineers
Own product backlog: prioritize and decide on functionalities to implement based on company goals and value maximisation
Work closely with development team, providing strategic vision, goals and milestones and explaining business value of solutions
Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development
Foster engineering involvement in business plans and develop product culture and processes
Ensure transparency for stakeholders and clients regarding plans and development
Analyse feature usage and product metrics to improve user awareness and product performance

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Crypto or B2B domains
Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience guiding projects from concept to delivery
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, engineering, designers, and internal departments
Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing requests from multiple teams and making data-driven decisions
Strong negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and user workflows
Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and roadmap execution
Experience creating solutions with complex business logic, strong UI/UX, and seamless API integrations
Nice to have: understanding of crypto payments operations and blockchain principles
Nice to have: experience in financial, compliance, or operational areas
Nice to have: data analysis and BI tools experience
