About the role

  • Lead unified brand storytelling, lifecycle strategy, customer education, and digital content across all touchpoints
  • Own go-to-market messaging, oversee the content marketing team, and partner cross-functionally to deliver content and campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer success
  • Plan and execute multi-channel B2B content initiatives from thought leadership to lifecycle programs
  • Develop and execute multi-channel content marketing strategy aligned to growth goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration
  • Define and own go-to-market messaging across web, email, events, sales enablement, catalogs, and social channels
  • Create and scale educational, thought leadership, and product-related content (white papers, case studies, articles, emails, catalogs, guides, social)
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to scale content production while maintaining high quality
  • Provide strategic direction for channel owners (Digital, Catalog, Social Media) and evaluate performance against channel KPIs
  • Lead lifecycle content strategy (acquisition, onboarding, retention) and develop customer enablement tools
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary content team and collaborate across Merchandising, Sales, Commercial, Creative, Ecommerce, and Customer Service
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure content impact on awareness, engagement, pipeline, and retention

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B content or marketing leadership roles, with proven ability to drive business results through content
  • Demonstrated success in developing scaled B2B content and messaging that engages target audiences and accelerates pipeline
  • Strong perspective on the right channels, platforms, and partners to reach and influence B2B customers
  • Experience mapping customer journeys and executing content plans that support every stage of the lifecycle
  • Track record of managing both direct reports and channel owners, balancing empowerment with accountability
  • Expertise in thought leadership, social, email, catalog, and digital/web content, with ability to apply best practices to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Data-driven mindset with experience identifying, tracking, and reporting on KPIs
  • Confident collaborator who can influence and align stakeholders across levels and functions
  • Strong project management skills with ability to balance urgency and strategic impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
