Produce ads at scale: Write copy, design images/video, launch into ad consoles (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), and monitor metrics

Iterate weekly: Test 100+ creatives/month, optimize for CTR, conversions, and ROI

Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in creative production roles, ideally tied to performance marketing and high-volume ad creation
Hands-on experience building static, video, and digital-first conversion creative
Proficient in creative building tools like in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects (or similar)
Proven track record of owning results—launching ads, tracking performance, and iterating quickly based on data
Strong understanding of creative production pipelines, project management tools, and working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams
Must be legally able to work and reside in Canada at the time of application
