We’re looking for a growth-obsessed marketer to lead our performance marketing efforts and help scale our DTC business across paid channels.\n- As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own all acquisition marketing programs—including paid social, search, affiliates, and emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient, sustainable growth through performance strategy, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance or growth marketing—DTC or beauty experience preferred\n
- Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate platforms\n
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, Excel, and other analytics tools\n
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO best practices, and creative optimization\n
- Proven ability to manage budgets, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results\n
- Highly organized, self-starting, and able to manage multiple initiatives across teams\n
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong creative eye for performance content\n
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
