Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Belgian HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships.
Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth.
Develop localized marketing content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Belgian HR audience.
Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.
Requirements
5+ experience in sales or field marketing
Full English Fluency (written and spoken)
Native-level of French and/or Dutch
A previous experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns.
A strong ability to plan, execute, and measure events impact and ROI.
Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-levels and HR audiences.
Strong communication and content creation skills (copywriting and visual design).
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
