About the role

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media channels to accelerate growth across ONE/SIZE’s digital ecosystem
  • Own acquisition, retention, and ROI-driven media strategies partnering with Ecommerce, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging platforms
  • Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies to achieve revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets across channels
  • Own media planning, budgeting, and pacing to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable optimizations and learnings
  • Partner with Creative & Social teams to brief, test, and iterate performance-driven content, messaging, and formats
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, CRM, and Brand Marketing to align paid strategies with promotions and launches
  • Oversee external partners (agencies, platforms, affiliates), ensuring accountability and performance
  • Test and scale new channels, audiences, and ad formats to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Report directly to the VP of Digital & Ecommerce

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media (minimum 5 years)
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media budgets while achieving efficiency and growth targets
  • Expert knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and paid search (Google, Bing)
  • Experience in programmatic, affiliate, and retail media a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and attribution tools (GA4, Shopify, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience managing agencies, platforms, and vendor relationships
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting results and recommendations to leadership
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited to build in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions for remote work
  • Ability to work PST hours; West Coast candidates preferred
