About the role
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (Twitter)
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve growth KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts that drive engagement and conversion
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting and recommendations
- Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging channels
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid social experience, managing campaigns end-to-end
- Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing acquisition performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing strategy teams
- Proficiency with paid social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
