Plan and execute integrated demand generation and ABM campaigns designed to acquire, nurture, and convert target accounts across the full funnel — from awareness to opportunity.
Partner with sales and marketing leadership to define target account lists and identify engagement tactics by segment, persona, and buying stage.
Develop campaign plans and project timelines using Asana to coordinate execution across PMM, design, digital, web, operations, and SDR teams.
Leverage ABM platforms and intent data (e.g. 6sense, Bombora) to identify engagement triggers and prioritize outreach to high-fit accounts.
Use analytics and insights to measure and optimize campaign performance, track pipeline influence, and continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Coordinate with the digital marketing agency to align paid media, retargeting, and social programs to ABM and demand generation objectives.
Collaborate closely with the SDR and sales teams to activate ABM plays that support outreach, meeting creation, and opportunity acceleration.
Maintain ongoing campaign reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau; provide insights to marketing leadership.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management, demand generation, or ABM, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
Demonstrated experience in account-based marketing strategy, including account segmentation, personalized messaging, and campaign orchestration.
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, funnel metrics, and pipeline influence reporting.
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and SalesLoft; experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense) is a plus.
Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, maintaining clear timelines and accountability through Asana.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and sales teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong results orientation with a data-driven approach and a sense of urgency to get things done.
