Performance Marketing

• The Sales Campaign Manager will design, coordinate, and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Meteor Education
• Support the design of integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
• Define target segments, goals, and messaging with Sales and Product
• Maintain a campaign calendar to ensure alignment with broader go-to-market initiatives
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Salesforce/Pardot and CRM workflows
• Run email, nurture, and prospecting campaigns; ensure landing pages and assets are aligned with campaign goals
• Repurpose demand generation content into sales-ready materials
• Coordinate with Marketing on digital, paid, and social activations
• Partner with Revenue Operations on lead scoring, qualification, and routing
• Ensure smooth MQL handoff to Sales and monitor conversion performance
• Track campaign-sourced pipeline and flag improvement opportunities
• Own reporting on campaign KPIs (opens, CTR, conversions, pipeline influence)
• Share insights with Sales/Marketing leadership and make recommendations for optimization
• Identify trends that inform future campaign design
