Solutions Engineer

• Join sales calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert. Help AEs in the sales process through training, tailored guidance and strategy.
• Develop playbooks and training materials for in-house legal teams. Transform these into refined product training packs, comprehensive documentation, and impactful thought-leadership content.
• Represent Spellbook in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events, showcasing your legal expertise and our product leadership.
• Translate real-world transactional workflows into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Participate in feature discovery, development and testing, translating customer insights into clear product requirements.
• Support with other responsibilities and projects as required.

Legal Solutions Architect, Pre Sales

Product Manager

• Define and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap, with clear ownership over top-of-funnel, activation, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across the product to identify high-impact growth levers and rapidly iterate on findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build and optimize growth-oriented product surfaces — including onboarding flows, in-product upsell and upgrade moments, referral mechanics, and pricing page experiences.
• Partner closely with marketing, revenue operations, and sales to align on the full customer journey, from first touch to paid conversion and expansion.
• Develop a deep understanding of user behavior through quantitative analysis and qualitative research, and use those insights to prioritize the growth roadmap.
• Own growth metrics including signups, activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, time-to-value, and net revenue retention, and report on progress regularly to leadership.
• Build and maintain a healthy experimentation pipeline, balancing quick wins with longer-term bets that compound over time.

Senior Product Manager, Growth

• Define and drive the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap — balancing the needs of large, sophisticated customers with Spellbook's broader mission and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build and scale features purpose-built for enterprise environments, including admin controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas — from IT and procurement to managing partners and in-house legal leads — and translate their needs into product decisions.
• Partner closely with enterprise sales, forward deployed engineering, and customer success to support complex deal cycles, onboarding, and long-term account expansion.
• Manage and prioritize Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements, balancing the need to unblock critical custom deals with capturing and driving value back into the core product roadmap.
• Define and own enterprise-specific success metrics, including adoption, retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-value, and use data to continuously refine the roadmap.
• Manage enterprise customer feedback loops, including executive business reviews, design partnerships, and beta programs with key accounts.
