- Maximus is a mission-driven consumer performance medicine telehealth company providing content, community, and clinical support to optimize health, wellness, and hormones
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media channels to accelerate growth and market leadership
- Develop and lead paid media strategy across search, social, display, video, and emerging channels
- Manage paid media budget and optimize spend allocation for efficiency and impact
- Oversee campaign execution end-to-end: audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies, reporting
- Implement advanced measurement frameworks including attribution modeling and incrementality testing
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and analytics teams to align messaging, assets, and KPIs
- Foster relationships with platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) for beta programs and insights
- Drive continuous experimentation to unlock new channels, audiences, and formats
- Ensure campaigns meet acquisition, retention, and LTV goals
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing paid media team
- Maintain an active pulse on industry trends and competitor strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on managing large-scale paid media budgets
- Proven track record of delivering significant ROI through multi-channel campaigns in high-growth consumer businesses
- Expertise in advanced targeting, optimization techniques, and measurement tools
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting data and translating insights into action
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Deep knowledge of paid social, paid search, programmatic, and emerging ad platforms
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- (Preferred) Experience in health, wellness, or performance-focused industries
- (Preferred) Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, CDPs, and personalization tools
- (Preferred) Familiarity with subscription or membership-based business models
- (Preferred) Early adoption of AI-driven media buying and creative optimization technologies
