- Fuel Cycle empowers leading organizations with agile research solutions and an AI-powered Insights Platform
- AI-native Sales Development Representative tasked with driving outbound pipeline growth using Fuel Cycle’s AI SDR “Alice” alongside multi-channel prospecting
- Hybrid role based in Los Angeles HQ requiring on-site presence 3 days/week
- Key responsibilities: manage AI-driven sales orchestration, strategic prospecting and pipeline generation, process optimization and CRM discipline
- Success metrics: monthly quotas—5 discovery meetings, 3 demo meetings, conduct 50+ outbound calls/day
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Directors, Sales Ops, and Marketing to implement prospect communications and outreach strategies
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of AI Native SDR or progressive outbound sales experience
- Familiarity with AI SDRs, Sales Navigator, Gong Engage, Salesforce
- Passion for technology and a technical aptitude to master sales stack tools
- A keenly developed competitive nature
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM a plus
- A winning and self-starter attitude
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)
