About the role

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for our AI Advertising Specialist, continuously evolving the platform's advertising capabilities and user experience
  • Design and build sophisticated campaign creation, management, and optimization tools with DSP-level functionality integrated directly into the platform
  • Own the end-to-end user experience for advertising workflows, from campaign setup to performance analysis, ensuring premium UX that reflects luxury brand standards
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that make complex advertising functionality accessible to non-technical users
  • Develop intelligent automation systems for bid management, audience targeting, budget allocation, and cross-platform campaign optimization
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to enhance automated creative generation and testing frameworks that produce high-performing ad variations at scale
  • Build comprehensive campaign performance dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights and clear ROI measurement
  • Establish intelligent guardrails, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms that guide users toward advertising best practices
  • Design seamless integrations with major advertising platforms, ensuring robust data flow and campaign synchronization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Create sophisticated audience segmentation and targeting tools optimized for lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Define and track advertising performance, platform efficiency, and user adoption metrics that demonstrate clear business impact
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate advertising capabilities with CRM, lead management, and marketing automation systems
  • High-impact, high-visibility role with close collaboration across engineering, AI/ML, marketing operations, and client success, defining strategy and prioritizing development to deliver scalable advertising solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management with demonstrated progression to senior/staff level
  • 5+ years building advertising technology platforms, DSPs, programmatic buying systems, or campaign management tools
  • Deep expertise in advertising platform architecture, including real-time bidding, audience targeting algorithms, and cross-platform optimization
  • Strong understanding of advertising APIs, data integrations, and the technical complexities of multi-channel campaign orchestration
  • Experience designing premium user experiences for complex technical products, with attention to visual design, interaction patterns, and user workflow optimization
  • Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products that handle significant spend volumes and campaign complexity
  • Experience with performance marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and advertising analytics systems
  • Excellent technical collaboration skills with engineering teams building complex, data-intensive advertising systems
  • Strategic product vision combined with hands-on execution experience in fast-paced, technical environments
  • Data-driven approach to product decisions with deep understanding of advertising optimization and machine learning applications
  • Preferred: Experience building advertising platforms at scale (Google, Meta, Amazon, Trade Desk, or similar advertising technology companies)
  • Preferred: Background in programmatic advertising, real-time bidding systems, or demand-side platform development
  • Preferred: Experience with advertising attribution, incrementality measurement, or marketing mix modeling
  • Preferred: Hands-on campaign management experience earlier in career (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms)
  • Preferred: Understanding of creative automation tools, dynamic ad generation, or personalized advertising systems
  • Preferred: Experience in PropTech, real estate, or lead generation platforms where advertising ROI drives business outcomes
