About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for Super.ai's IDP solutions.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and website copy, that resonates with target audiences.
- Champion and oversee the execution of ABM programs, focusing on identifying and nurturing relationships with high-value accounts.
- Manage and optimize all marketing channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new IDP product launches.
- Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IDP and B2B marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of growth in the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of the IDP landscape and the challenges faced by businesses in document processing (preferred).
- You're a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans focused on demand generation, brand awareness, and lead nurturing.
- You're a master storyteller, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- You're an ABM champion, experienced in identifying and cultivating relationships with key accounts.
- You're a data-driven marketer who thrives on using marketing automation and analytics to measure and optimize campaigns.
- You possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
- You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
