About the role

  • Tiugo Technologies: a launchpad for API-first developer platforms (CKEditor, TinyMCE, ButterCMS, Uploadcare) focused on content creation and digital collaboration.
  • Lead planning and execution of strategic, high-impact campaigns to accelerate pipeline and drive expansion across multiple brands.
  • Own multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid and field marketing, applying an account-based lens (1:1, 1:few, 1:many).
  • Leverage firmographic, technographic, and intent data to guide targeting and personalization and partner closely with Sales and RevOps.
  • Work with RevOps to develop data-informed target account lists and collaborate with Product Marketing on persona-tailored content and messaging.
  • Partner with Account Management to identify whitespace opportunities and implement expansion programs.
  • Harness AI and workflow automation (LLMs, Common Room) to streamline content creation, automate workflows and campaign triggers, and enable rapid experimentation.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel metrics and attribution to improve conversion rates, accelerate pipeline velocity, and scale high-performing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2+ years owning outbound campaigns or revenue growth/expansion strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale ABM programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact across multiple customer segments.
  • Deep expertise in buyer intent data and GTM AI technologies (e.g., 6sense, RB2B, Common Room).
  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing prompts to guide AI models in analyzing customer product usage, providing industry/persona insights, and suggesting actionable GTM plans.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and building programs from scratch—owning everything from planning to performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Experience in marketing to a developer audience (nice to have).
  • Proven success operating in fast-paced startup environments and strong cross-functional influence (nice to have).
