About the role

  • Owner of planning and execution of strategic, high-impact campaigns designed to accelerate pipeline and drive meaningful expansion.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid and field marketing channels with an account-based lens.
  • Leverage firmographic, technographic, and intent data to guide targeting and personalization.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing and Account Management to align campaigns with strategic accounts, develop target account lists, and drive expansion.
  • Harness AI and Workflow Automation to streamline content creation, automate workflows and campaign triggers, enable rapid experimentation, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics and attribution insights to improve conversion rates, accelerate pipeline velocity, and expand on high-performing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2+ owning outbound campaigns or revenue growth/expansion strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale ABM programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact across multiple customer segments.
  • Deep expertise in buyer intent data and GTM AI technologies (e.g., 6sense, RB2B, Common Room, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing prompts to guide AI models in analyzing existing customer product usage patterns, providing industry and persona insights, and suggesting actionable GTM plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and building programs from scratch—owning everything from planning to performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
