• Own and operate the AI orchestration layer for GTM-connecting signals, automations, and workflows to trigger real seller actions at scale
• Design, build, and run RevOps cadence and best practices, ensuring consistent pipeline rhythm, forecasting, and process governance
• Own and evolve Super.AI’s GTM strategy across ICP definition, segmentation, messaging, and channel prioritization
• Translate product capabilities into sharp, differentiated positioning, value propositions, and sales narratives
• Build and maintain account segmentation frameworks using firmographics, technographics, intent data, and behavioral signals
• Design and execute outbound and event-driven GTM plays in close collaboration with Sales
• Partner with Sales to enable better discovery, demos, and deal progression through tighter messaging and use-case clarity
• Work hands-on with GTM tooling (CRM, enrichment, intent, automation) to improve speed, accuracy, and scale

• Identify, research, and engage decision-makers via cold calls, personalized emails, social engagement, and other outreach channels
• Convey Super.AI’s value proposition clearly and effectively to address each prospect’s needs
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with Account Executives
• Collaborate with the extended GTM team to execute targeted account-based campaigns
• Experience with prospecting tools such as sequencing applications, B2B data providers, parallel dialers, and other sales automation tools
• Share best practices and learn from peers to continuously improve results
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and skill development sessions to accelerate growth
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly activity and pipeline generation targets

• Measure and ensure the high-quality output of AI workloads for our enterprise customers
• Deploy and manage production workloads for a global customer base
• Write, rewrite, and extend Python code, and deploy it to containers (e.g., Docker)
• Conduct local testing using tools like Jupyter Notebook
• Integrate AI cloud solutions and adapt them to our large-scale use cases
• Perform prompt engineering for customer use cases
