Associate Sales Representative – Patient Care

Sales

• As a sales associate in our Sports Medicine specialty, you’ll be the face of Stryker products.
• You will be assisting Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion and marketing of Stryker products.
• You will educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
• Following extensive product training, the employee must be able to tailor Stryker’s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer.
• Advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Stryker products from those of Stryker’s competitors.

Sales Associate – Sports Medicine

• Overseeing and driving sales activities within a specific geographic area or region for the Acute Care business unit
• Managing the direct sales team, strategizing, monitoring team performance

Regional Sales Manager – Acute Care

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the design, implementation, and testing of medical device software in compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop high-quality, maintainable software using C, C++, Linux, and Qt/QML
• Ensure software development activities comply with IEC 62304 (Medical Device Software – Software Life Cycle Processes)
• Participate in and support risk management activities in accordance with ISO 14971, including hazard analysis and risk controls related to software
• Contribute to system-level requirements, software requirements, and traceability between requirements, design, implementation, and verification artifacts
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Systems Engineering, and Hardware teams to support FDA design controls (21 CFR 820 / Quality System Regulation)

Associate Sales Representative – Joint Replacement

• As a GI (Gastroenterology) Sales Associate you will promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs, while providing excellent customer service and developing the customer relationship with doctors, nurses and appropriate staff personnel
• You are responsible for educating and informing Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use and maintenance of specified Stryker ST Products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs

• Act as a key liaison between suppliers and Stryker, driving continuous improvement across the global supply base
• Lead supplier-related CAPA review and management, ensuring effective problem-solving methodologies are applied
