Requirements
- 5+ years in medical devices marketing or sales
- 2+ years in people leadership
- Strong understanding of European healthcare markets and dynamics
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across cultures.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Confidence operating within a matrixed, cross-divisional organisation.
