About the role

  • Provide support to clients and manage processes related to ProCare contracts, acting as the interface between clients and internal departments on technical service matters.
  • Manage the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service orders.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate technical service estimates/quotes.
  • Verify regulatory documentation related to technical processes and service contracts.
  • Support order analysis, communicate timelines, and follow up with clients on processes.
  • Coordinate the picking and availability of parts for repair and support logistics processes (product inbound and outbound).
  • Generate and analyze departmental performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Serve as the point of contact between internal areas (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RA&QA), Tendering/Procurement) and external service providers.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws, the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Stryker's Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with fiscal and operational routines for controlling product inbound and outbound.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Customer Service or technical service support (desired).
  • Intermediate English (desired).
  • Experience with contract analysis and vendor/supplier management (desired).
