About the role
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker Neurosurgical products to meet customer needs
- Confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings and demonstrate product value
- Track territory progress and proactively communicate findings with Regional Manager
- Solve product problems onsite and instruct doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance
- Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory and assist customers when needed
- Push to exceed sales goals and close profitable business
- Collaborate with internal partners and build relationships with external contacts
Requirements
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
- Field-based (Work Flexibility: Field-based)
- Ability to conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings
- Experience demonstrating products and closing sales
- Ability to manage and maintain sample inventory
- Willingness to travel (Travel Percentage: 20%)
- May be required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements
