About the role

  • Strategically manage territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope product line and realize TAM opportunities
  • Execute sales strategies and techniques to generate new business and maintain existing accounts
  • Deliver customer presentations, product evaluations, proposals, and negotiate deals
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders (Clinical Nursing, C-suite, Administration, BioMed)
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through high-volume sales activity and accurate forecasting
  • Learn market and industry information and adapt to market shifts
  • Engage in strategic business planning and provide accurate sales reporting to leadership
  • Attend annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience
  • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
  • Must be insurable
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must reside within territory; southeast Michigan or Toledo, OH areas preferred
  • Required overnight travel is 0 nights per month on average to cover territory; travel outside assigned territory for meetings as needed
  • Driven, competitive, organized, disciplined executor
  • Strategic & structured selling and pipeline management skills
  • Passion for improving patient lives and clinical acumen to build rapport with clinicians
