About the role
- Secure and grow the Digital Distribution business by developing strategic relationships and managing distributor accounts
- Lead proposal efforts and meet revenue and subscription quota targets for assigned region and accounts
- Build and develop corporate relationships with assigned distribution partners and position the Digital Resuscitation Portfolio to Distribution segment
- Drive adoption of Digital Resuscitation programs to achieve revenue, reach, renewals, and expansions
- Build market awareness of Digital Resuscitation Portfolio Solutions and emphasize high-quality CPR
- Utilize company resources, tools, and processes to achieve sales goals, market/mind share, and profitability objectives
- Act as central point of contact for customers across Finance, Product Development, Service and Support to ensure customer health
- Ensure mastery of features, functionality, and value proposition related to the RQI Portfolio
- Manage, coach, and develop channel partners to attain business and revenue objectives
- Drive and grow distribution funnel and forecast to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Provide strong cross-functional communication (marketing, implementation, support) and quarterly business updates to DDN Leadership
- Perform sales activities ~60% in the field (face-to-face) and ~40% virtually; travel ~60%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or healthcare
- Minimum of 10 years involving one or combination of the following positions: field-based B2B sales, account management, and/or relationship management with consistent achievement (exceeding) of business goals
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Ability to manage a large, multi-state geographical region
- Track record of effectively handling complex and demanding projects
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally
- A passion for quality service and exceeding client expectations
- The ability to build genuine connections and lasting relationships
- Experience working with healthcare distributors preferred
- Travel required 60% of the time
- Must be located on the West Coast, within an hour of a major metro airport, and be able to easily commute to Los Angeles on a regular basis
