About the role
- Create and execute digital marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline and scale channels for Retool’s internal-tools development platform
- Plan, execute and manage digital programs such as webinars, content syndication, review sites, and presence on forums and directories
- Coordinate with Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Operations, Sales and BDR teams to align strategy and SLAs
- Build and maintain Retool’s presence on review sites, online directories and online forums
- Run experiments and evaluate key success metrics (performance, ROI) to optimize programs and budget distribution
- Create programs targeting every stage of the demand funnel to accelerate pipeline generation
- Build streamlined reporting processes and communicate impact to stakeholders
- Interact with customers and prospects to understand voice of the customer and inform strategy
- Work hybrid with frequent cross-functional collaboration and in-person San Francisco office presence
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a B2B or developer tools startup
- 3+ years experience managing webinar and content syndication programs
- 2+ years experience managing digital presence on review websites, online directories and online forums
- Experience working with the BDR and Sales team to ensure alignment of goals and establish SLAs on handoffs
- Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance of programs and campaigns and developing optimization strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot (or other similar CRM and marketing automation tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to keeping multiple work streams and cross-functional partners and vendors in sync around timelines
- Strong ownership mindset to do whatever is needed to deliver the best marketing to our customers
