Sales Development Rep

• Find and nurture highly impactful relationships with security executives across Fortune 500 companies and emerging companies creating highly targeted technology.
• Execute strategic outbound sales activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) with a strong emphasis on personalization and value-driven messaging.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure strong data hygiene and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build and execute account plans for high-priority targets.
• Support administrative and operational tasks that enable overall sales team success.

Sales Development Representative

Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth and strategic account development within assigned public sector territories.
• Develop and execute account strategies to introduce Strider’s intelligence platform to new public sector clients.
• Identify and prioritize mission-aligned opportunities within federal, defense, and civilian agencies.
• Map account stakeholders and decision pathways to inform engagement strategy.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand agency challenges related to geopolitical risk, innovation protection, and supply chain exposure.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored product demonstrations and executive briefings.
• Guide opportunities through procurement channels, including contract vehicles and competitive bidding processes.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with program offices, COTRs, contracting personnel, and executive sponsors.
• Align Strider’s value proposition to mission priorities and evolving policy landscapes.
• Represent Strider with professionalism and credibility in government-facing engagements.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Intelligence, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between client needs and platform capabilities.
• Provide structured market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
• Support onboarding and account expansion to ensure long-term customer impact and retention.

Public Sector Account Executive

Cloud Engineer

• Own and improve large-scale, multi-region AWS and Azure infrastructure supporting production workloads.
• Design, implement, and refine Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) to ensure consistent, repeatable environments.
• Reduce operational overhead by building automation tooling in Python and Bash.
• Strengthen access control models using IAM best practices, AWS Identity Center, and least-privilege principles.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker-based container environments.
• Monitor performance, availability, and cloud spend — and drive measurable optimization initiatives.
• Identify technical debt, scalability constraints, and reliability gaps, and propose practical improvements.
• Modernize legacy workloads by containerizing and standardizing deployment patterns.
• Partner with Security to ensure infrastructure aligns with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and CMMC requirements.
• Contribute to documentation and infrastructure standards that make the platform easier to operate and scale.
