Senior Technical Recruiter

Engineer

• Architect, develop, and deploy mission-aligned software solutions in government and commercial environments.
• Collaborate with operators, analysts, and executives to translate evolving requirements into actionable technical outcomes.
• Integrate Strider’s platform with diverse data sources, internal workflows, and external IT systems.
• Build custom applications, features, and data pipelines that unlock insights from unstructured, multi-lingual datasets.
• Serve as Strider’s technical lead in the field, owning project outcomes from inception to implementation.
• Prototype quickly and iterate continuously, adapting to high-priority demands and real-time feedback.
• Provide critical field insights to inform and influence Strider’s internal product roadmap.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Own one or more government customer accounts end-to-end, building genuine trust with mission leads, end users, and program leadership.
• Translate ambiguous mission needs into a sequenced plan of work—deciding what to build, what to deprioritize, and when to stop.
• Drive ruthless execution: run the cadences, unblock teams, and hold the line on commitments to the customer.
• Be the product voice in the room—shape requirements with the customer, validate prototypes, and feed structured product signal back to Strider’s platform team so individual deployments compound into product.
• Care about how analysts and operators actually use what we deliver—sweat the workflows, the surfaces, and the moments of friction that decide whether a tool gets adopted or shelved.
• Identify expansion paths inside each account—adjacent missions, new teams, new authorities—and convert proof points into durable, growing relationships.
• Represent the customer internally with clarity and conviction—advocate for what matters; push back on what doesn’t.

Client Success Manager – Government

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as the dedicated financial partner for several COS, G&A, and R&D departments.
• Deliver data-driven analysis to inform strategic capital allocation and provide actionable recommendations to C-suite leaders that drive product innovation and overall business performance.
• Conduct variance analyses and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Build, refine, and maintain financial models to support hiring, resource allocation, and capital investments.
• Execute scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare and present performance dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reporting packages.

• Support and contribute to Strider’s GRC program with emphasis on CMMC, FedRAMP, and IL-5 compliance.
• Assist with readiness, assessment, and continuous monitoring activities for government compliance frameworks.
• Develop, maintain, and improve security policies, standards, and procedures aligned to NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and related frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, IT, and cloud teams to implement and validate technical and administrative controls.
• Support internal and external audits, including coordination with third-party assessors and government stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk management activities across corporate systems, cloud infrastructure, products, vendors, and partners.
• Assist with vendor and third-party risk management efforts, including security reviews and contract requirements.

• Conduct research on state actors, including China, Russia, and Iran, with a focus on strategic intent, economic policy, and technology acquisition
