• Define and articulate technical vision and strategy for scalable systems, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
• Identify and prioritize high-impact technical initiatives across OMS, Billing, WMS, and other core systems

• Perform deep-dive fulfillment diligence on acquired companies' fulfillment operations, engaging internal stakeholders.
• Analyze cost structures and create accurate financial models of acquired customers' solutions and pricing.
• Drive pricing standardization to accelerate renewal and integration velocity.
• Design tailored fulfillment components for system migrations and integrate software and parcel components into final pro formas.
• Support solution implementation by working with the M&A Implementations team, providing documentation and context.
• Provide core financial and operational analysis to power M&A integration strategy and ensure financial success.

• Build integration flows between the Stord platform and 3rd party supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, e-commerce) as outlined by the Integrations Lead
• Perform testing on integrations and obtain customer sign-off prior to go-live
• Produce detailed documentation for new integrations
• Support existing customer integrations when issues arise and provide feedback to support team
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers to understand and resolve integration issues
• Look for ways to enhance integration flows and processes and implement improvements with the wider team
• Track progress and provide regular updates in the work management platform and at team standups
• Partner with Integration Leads and Architects to establish connections using ETL tools and in-house integrations leveraging EDI and API knowledge
