People Operations Generalist

Technical Program Manager

• Take validated technologies and workflows from the lab environment and seamlessly integrate them into pilot deployments at live production facilities.
• Develop comprehensive, scalable deployment playbooks for hardware installations, facility layout modifications, and labor management transitions.
• Manage the cost, schedule, and risk management of large-scale automation deployments across multiple distribution centers, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing customer service levels.
• Re-engineer existing facility processes to accommodate new capabilities like multi-pass picking, dynamic slotting, and co-mingled inventory strategies.

• Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Stord’s core WMS and TMS.

• Develop the software architecture required to support dynamic task interleaving, wave/waveless planning.
• Oversee the transition of validated lab experiments into pilot deployments at live production facilities.

Principal Technical Program Manager

• Own and govern the end-to-end experimentation pipeline.
• Ensure every initiative begins with a clearly defined hypothesis, measurable success criteria, and structured evaluation framework.

Staff Technical Program Manager

Systems Engineer

• Own Client & Carrier Onboarding and lead the full Parcel configuration lifecycle for new client launches.
• Translate sales, client, and ops requirements into clean, accurate system setups.
• Configure and maintain carrier contracts, custom billing setups, and rate logic across Stord’s parcel systems.
• Build and maintain scalable SOPs for configuration workflows, migrations, and rate updates.

Events

• Own the North America events calendar: trade shows, sponsored events, hosted dinners, roundtables, Stord Summits, and partner activations
• Identify and prioritize the highest-ROI event opportunities across key North America markets and verticals and build a presence that earns attention and drives pipeline
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor relationships, booth design, staffing, and post-event follow-up and attribution

• Freight TMS Rebuild (P360 → Native Stack) (35%): Own the rebuild of ProPack360 into Stord’s native stack, including the full rebuild of the legacy frontend into React. Own the SMC3 integration: aggregate pricing, electronic BOL, dispatch, status notifications, and document retrieval. Drive the decommissioning of legacy providers and the cutover into the Stord cloud environment. Sequence the rebuild into deliverable phases with parallel validation before production cutover.
• LTL Freight Operations (20%): Own LTL rating, tendering, PRO assignment, and BOL management via carrier APIs. Own the freight work-order lifecycle from build to completion. Support the ~$15M annual LTL freight business and the operations team that runs it. Own LTL tracking, milestone visibility, and document management (PODs, invoices, weight certificates).
• Zone-Skipping & Middle-Mile (20%): Own first-mile courier pickups from brand facilities, often as consolidated LTL shipments. Own hub consolidation, linehaul between hubs, and final-mile injection into carriers. Partner with the Standalone Parcel PM so the Freight TMS reliably executes the physical legs the Parcel API routes. Own the logistics logic that makes zone-skipping economical.
• Sortation Integration (15%): Own the sortation engine and the integration with sortation hardware (e.g. NPI Xstream). Own the decision-engine requirements that process scan data and return sort instructions within tight latency bounds. Own the automated capture of actuals (weight/dims) that feeds real-time auditing and margin preservation, in coordination with Core TMS.
• Carrier & Infrastructure Partnerships (10%): Serve as the product relationship owner for LTL carriers and LTL API infrastructure partners (SMC3). Manage relationships with sortation hardware and middle-mile partners. Represent Freight TMS needs in technical and commercial discussions.

Product Manager, Freight TMS

Operations

• Own the operational P&L across all acquired sites, with full accountability for revenue performance, gross margin, labor cost, and operating expense
• Manage Site General Managers across the acquired portfolio, setting clear performance expectations, running regular operating reviews, and making personnel decisions to ensure leadership alignment with Stord standards
• Lead end-to-end operational integration of newly acquired companies, executing structured 30/60/90-day plans and ensuring each site transitions to Stord standard operating procedures within defined timelines
• Own the weekly M&A operating review, presenting fulfillment KPIs (UPH, OPH, OTIF, labor efficiency), SLA performance, P&L variance, milestone progress, and key escalations to the VP and cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive synergy realization across the portfolio by tracking initiative-level progress against deal models, identifying gaps early, and leading structured recovery plans when performance deviates from target
• Maintain SLA and service performance across all acquired sites, including on-time shipment rates, order accuracy, exception rates, and overall fulfillment reliability at the portfolio level
• Partner closely with M&A Integrations to align operational readiness with customer migration timelines, proactively resolving site-level blockers that impact go-live readiness or service continuity
