About the role

  • Lead and execute CRM initiatives across Lifecycle, Transactional and Batch programs, including highly personalized, scalable campaigns.
  • Support and evolve Lifecycle strategies, building and optimizing robust programs for millions of clients.
  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, decreased churn and increased reactivation rates.
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, monitoring results and adapting programs as necessary.
  • Support a strong content strategy into all communications that puts Stylists at the forefront.
  • Contribute to CRM innovation, implementing new processes, tools, and ideas that enhance the customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Create and share high-level reporting and insights for leadership across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Data Science, Client Experience and Engineering teams; manage multi-channel communications (Email, App Push, Direct Mail, SMS, Packaging Inserts).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on experience in e-commerce focused Lifecycle, Batch and transactional programs.
  • Led or executed large-scale, highly personalized CRM programs at scale, with experience in automation and complex workflows.
  • Experience leveraging Push and SMS across all CRM tactics.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, moves to execution quickly, and thrives in an independent, high-ownership role.
  • Adept at building strong cross-functional relationships, partnering effectively with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service.
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze complex programs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understand consumer mindset and have a customer-focused approach; comfortable being scrappy and taking initiative in fast-paced, high volume environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and can confidently present ideas and recommendations.
