- Role: CRM Manager to shape engagement campaigns across onboarding, cross-sell, browse abandonment, and promotional journeys; build operational plans; measure success; opportunities for A/B testing and optimization.
- Lead day-to-day management and long-term CRM strategy; design, build, and launch automated email, SMS, and push campaigns; guide implementation; measure performance.
- Reports to the Director, CRM.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional marketing experience (lifecycle marketing experience is a plus).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo).
- Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation logic, and data management principles.
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks to connect and sync data across systems.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as AMPscript, Handlebars, or Liquid to enable advanced personalization.
- Project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and testing outcomes, using insights to guide decision-making.
- Strategic perspective to see how CRM operations impact the customer lifecycle and business goals.
