- Join as a Marketing Associate on the CRM team to execute best-in-class CRM programs across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
- Execute technical setup, QA, deployment, and tracking of a high volume of marketing campaigns in the ESP.
- Plan and set up email A/B testing that yields valuable insights and optimizations.
- Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with Creative to produce high-impact campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in CRM, ideally with a digital-first retailer
- Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise-grade ESPs (Braze preferred)
- Basic HTML proficiency
- Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, content, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, etc.
- Understanding of A/B testing, measurement, and optimization against key metrics
- Experience collaborating with a Creative team and briefing emails for them
- A history of making data-driven decisions, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Looker is a plus
