About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, managing daily tasks, inbound requests, and overall communication related to their programs.
  • Process and manage orders, including creating estimates and sales orders, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all transactions.
  • Source impactful branded products and prepare thorough brand catalogs, presentations, and spec samples to inspire customer programs and initiatives.
  • Deliver first-class customer service by resolving customer and vendor issues promptly and fostering strong relationships that drive retention and loyalty.
  • Manage, document, and track all customer activity in HubSpot, ensuring thorough reporting and follow-up on key actions.
  • Update, test, and maintain customer websites while supporting clients with technical questions and functionality guidance.
  • Share new program ideas with enterprise customers, including cross-selling opportunities and creative approaches to expand engagement across departments.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss program performance, trends, and ongoing maintenance or housekeeping needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless execution of customer programs and initiatives.
  • Proactively drive revenue growth with enterprise accounts through strategic presentations, new product ideas, and land-and-expand opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ professional work experience in a client-facing sales, account management, marketing or customer service role required
  • 2+ years’ experience in the Promotional Products and/or branded merchandising industry required
  • Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers—particularly within e-commerce programs, branded merchandise, or online store management—is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated working experience with business systems and tools, including CRM platforms (such as HubSpot), project management tools, and productivity suites like Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to successfully operate in a remote work environment, including maintaining strong self-management skills and access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
