• Design, develop, and implement tools and applications utilizing Salesforce Field Service Cloud, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure, Excel, and Oracle to meet business objectives.
• Configure and extend Salesforce solutions to support field service operations, including service appointments, work orders, service resources, skills, territories, scheduling, and mobile workflows.
