Product Marketing

• Build and own the entire product marketing function for illumend as the sole Product Marketer
• Lead go-to-market strategy, product launches, and ongoing product messaging
• Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and consistent brand voice across all channels
• Own the full customer journey for both sales-led and product-led growth: acquisition, onboarding, feature adoption, conversion, and retention
• Actively engage with customers to understand needs, challenges, and motivations; inform strategy and product development
• Develop and execute content strategy for website and channels; write impactful copy to drive engagement and conversion
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to test messaging, pricing, and packaging; iterate based on results
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering; manage competing priorities and influence strategic decisions
