About the role
- Be the connective tissue across product, engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and leadership—ensuring the product organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers with excellence
- Help improve execution, streamline processes, and empower product managers with the tools, data, and coordination they need to succeed
- Own many critical elements of day-to-day operations including managing through changes to pricing and packaging
- Lead key components of the product launch cycle and support commercialization launches
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS product operations, product management, operations consulting or program management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Databricks and AI-powered tools
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment
- Curious, lifelong learners motivated by opportunity to try new things, challenge themselves to apply their experience to make things better for the company and team
- Experience scaling product operations in a high-growth startup (Nice to have)
- Background in agile or lean product development methodologies (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and metrics (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with establishing and measuring KPIs and success metrics (Nice to have)
- Interest in and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency including key players and market landscape dynamics (Nice to have)
