About the role
- Architect and manage the complete customer journey from lead capture through renewal; partner with Sales leadership to support AEs, Account Management, and SDR teams
- Manage end-to-end prospect and customer lifecycle from lead generation through closed deals, invoicing, and renewals
- Design and implement bespoke technical solutions, API integrations, and workflow automation across the revenue tech stack
- Build and maintain complex Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and dashboards
- Integrate and optimize revenue tools (Clay, Outreach, Chilipiper, Seamless.ai, Crunchbase, document generation/signature platforms, marketing automation and attribution tools)
- Maintain data hygiene, build automated reporting, and create actionable insights across the revenue funnel
- Debug integration issues, optimize API connections, and solve technical challenges in revenue operations
- Build scalable processes and systems to support rapid team and customer growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Internal Tools, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy teams to optimize the customer experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops at high-growth SaaS companies
- At least 2 years hands-on Salesforce administration and customization
- Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach.io preferred) and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building complex workflows and automations
- Comfort working with technical teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Bonus: Experience with full-funnel marketing ops, PLG motions, and cross-platform data flows
