  • Take over an active inbound pipeline of high-intent prospects
  • Work strategic outbound opportunities into enterprise deals
  • Shape a repeatable sales motion alongside the founders
  • Learn & lead – Master the ConvertFlow story, our funnel platform, and become a trusted advisor on funnel strategy for world-class brands
  • Engage & qualify – Work inbound leads, prospect into target accounts, and build a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Demo with impact – Run high-impact product demos that connect our features to revenue growth like more opt-ins, higher AOV, and return on ad spend
  • Close with confidence – Win new business across all tiers, driving annual contracts and expansion opportunities
  • Upsell for more ROI – Upsell customers to solutions that provide faster time-to-value
  • Collab for retention – Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handoffs and strong adoption milestones
  • Influence – Help shape sales messaging and our product roadmap by sharing feedback with the team based on prospect needs and objections

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales (MarTech or ecommerce SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record hitting quota
  • Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, and ecommerce funnel strategies (or eager to learn)
  • Exceptional communicator who builds trust through clarity, confidence, and empathy
  • Organized and able to manage a high-velocity pipeline without dropping the ball
  • Results-driven — you love helping brands grow and love hitting quota even more
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful — can run a demo, think on your feet, and leverage AI tools to work smarter
  • Hungry for growth & ownership — you want to be part of a lean team where your performance shapes the company’s trajectory, and you can help define the playbooks
