Build Deel’s global community engine from the ground up, defining how workers and HR, IT, and Payroll leaders fuel launches and shape the roadmap
Own and scale HR, IT, and Payroll Advisory Boards end-to-end; launch and facilitate monthly sessions
Translate board feedback into crisp recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives; close the loop with stakeholders
Design and run programs, campaigns, and experiences leveraging customer advisory boards, Deel Advocates, and power users to fuel launches and amplify product announcements
Operationalize playbooks to turn community energy into earned reach during product announcements; brief advocates, seed assets, and measure impact
Lead customer storytelling: conduct interviews, ship case studies, and collaborate with Field Marketing and PR to amplify customer voices
Lead audience research and market studies; instrument VoC pipelines and build automated dashboards/alerts for live insights
Own creation, refresh, and governance of personas and ICPs for GTM teams
Serve as the on-call customer voice advising teams with fast, data-backed guidance on audience, message, and motion
Requirements
4+ years of experience in product marketing management, sales-led growth, or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment
Strategic thinker and hands-on doer with a strong bias for action
Customer-obsessed, eager to join customer calls, and driven to uncover deep insights into behaviors, motivations, and pain points
Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms
Strong analytical and creative skills; ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into compelling, insight-driven narratives
Excellent communicator and storyteller, with experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders through clear, customer-informed positioning and content
Ability to lead interviews, ship case studies, and partner with Field Marketing and PR
Experience running audience research, VoC pipelines, and building dashboards/alerts for stakeholders
English fluency (able to speak, read, and write English)
