Identify, evaluate, and project manage participation in key industry conferences and trade shows
Plan and execute private roundtable events in key cities worldwide, including negotiating venues, coordinating presentation content, and managing logistics
Develop and execute pre- and post-event email/CRM campaigns and digital outreach
Oversee event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and analyse performance to demonstrate ROI
Work with delivery teams to craft in-person experiences that develop client relationships
Support global growth initiatives related to content development and inter-agency partnerships
Requirements
2-4 years in B2B event management, focused on high-touch, executive-level programs and international execution
Ideally experience within creative, marketing, e-commerce or SAAS technology industries in events or project management
Experience planning, designing, and executing brand-centric events that drive business objectives
Understanding of digital marketing integration within event strategies, including email marketing/CRM and paid social advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong university background (ideally)
Ability to travel internationally and familiarity with different cultures
Exceptional project management skills and keen attention to detail
Self-starter comfortable in fast-changing, collaborative environments
