• Collaborate closely with the CRO, SVP, Head of CX, and Chief of Staff to align priorities and ensure their schedules accurately reflect organizational goals.
• Coordinate and manage meetings, ensuring key sales and success stakeholders are included as necessary.
• Assist the Chief of Staff in preparing meeting agendas, gathering materials, and distributing detailed meeting notes with clear action items to the relevant technical and product teams.
• Conduct regular reviews of the CRO and SVP, Head of CX's calendars to optimize time management, streamline scheduling, and minimize conflicts.
• Support the logistical and tactical coordination of key revenue initiatives, including scheduling meetings, securing meeting rooms for in-person or hybrid sessions, and managing related logistics.
• Serve as a liaison between the CRO, SVP, Head of CX, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on priorities and ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Manage travel logistics for the CRO, SVP, Head of CX, and key team members, ensuring travel plans align with critical sales and success initiatives, such as onsite meetings and offsites.
• Prepare and submit timely expense reports, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and company policies.
• Proactively adjust travel arrangements to accommodate last-minute changes, including flight cancellations or modifications to arrival/departure schedules.
• Plan and organize internal and external events, including revenue offsites, onsites, and team-building activities.
• Support the logistics and coordination of all-hands meetings, and other key gatherings for sales and customer experience teams.
• Gather feedback from internal revenue teams after events to identify areas for improvement and optimize future event planning.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise, EMEA and sales leadership to define and drive strategic initiatives for the EMEA organization.
• Lead the execution of sales operational strategies, managing cross-functional initiatives that improve sales performance, pipeline velocity and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure, providing data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and leadership decision-making.
• Own communication function to the EMEA Enterprise organization (ICs and Leadership)—this includes distilling and succinctly explaining important updates and process changes, delivering strategic direction and ghostwriting communication/presentations on behalf of EMEA leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing Product, Customer Success, Finance) to support sales growth and streamline operations and alignment across groups.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Enterprise, EMEA and help prepare executive presentations and reports that communicate progress, goals, and performance metrics.
• Lead strategic projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
• Ensure resource allocation is aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Plan, build, test, and optimize automated email programs across the customer lifecycle.
• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of in-trial communications for Sprout’s 30-day free trial.
• Build persona- and behavior-based journeys that drive activation, engagement, and trial-to-paid conversion.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce clear, compelling, on-brand email content.
• Execute and monitor campaigns in marketing automation platforms, optimizing in real time based on performance and deliverability.
• Manage list health, segmentation, and compliance to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Partner with Growth, Product, and Marketing Operations to ensure customer and behavioral data is effectively leveraged.

Email & Marketing Automation Strategist

Customer Support

• Guide our customers - you will help manage incoming customer requests through a combination of email and chat. You will also handle screen share requests when more in-depth technical troubleshooting is necessary.
• Own your output - you will consistently meet both the quantitative and qualitative expectations of the role, including Customer Satisfaction ratings, Quality Control reviews, response and resolution times.
