About the role

  • Identify, negotiate, and close large deals in a defined territory for accounts with annual revenue $500M to $1B.
  • Work with CMOs and CTOs of major brands to design and build solutions using Sprinklr products.
  • Utilize superior sales skills to develop sales opportunities and identify decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them to win deals.
  • Actively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry, market, and competitors to provide sales edge and close business.
  • Seek feedback from leaders, peers and clients to continuously improve.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of being among the top performers ("one of the top 10% of the salespeople").
  • Experience creating and closing complex enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  • Successful in building relationships with CMOs, CTOs and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong sales skills: prospecting, negotiating, influencing decision-makers.
  • Deep interest/knowledge in Customer Experience (CXM) and social media impact on enterprises.
  • Coachable, curious, and high work ethic.
  • Must have current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based (no visa sponsorship).
