💰 $130,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value accounts to address growth objectives and customer needs
- Engage key stakeholders across architecture teams, buying committees, and procurement to expand Matillion’s presence
- Identify, research, and secure new strategic customers through targeted prospecting and engagement
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to onboarding in collaboration with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success
- Build and foster partner relationships with technology and consulting partners to drive joint opportunities
- Apply MEDDPICC principles for opportunity management, maintain accurate forecasting, and refine sales techniques
Requirements
- Full-cycle strategic sales experience, ideally in Data & Analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas and closing six-figure and seven-figure deals
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise accounts and identify new use cases
- Expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Value Selling)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to independently source, develop, and onboard new customers (pipeline generation)
- Maintain high client engagement (5+ meetings per week)
- Experience working with technology and consulting partners and collaborating with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams
- Based in the United States (West Coast preferred)
