Software Engineer II

Support Engineer

• Serve as the sole on-site IT point of contact for all SF employees, delivering Level I & II support for hardware, software, and SaaS issues, escalating Tier III issues to the NYC team with clear documentation and context
• Actively monitor the service queue to ensure SLAs are not breached and metric goals are achieved
• Own all A/V setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for conference rooms, and support virtual meetings and webinars via Zoom to ensure a seamless hybrid experience
• Act as the primary IT liaison with SF building management, coordinating technology infrastructure needs, repairs, and facilities-related requests
• Manage local vendor relationships for repair, maintenance, and limited procurement needs
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets and accessories on-site
• Assist with IAM tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews using tools such as Okta

IT Support Engineer

Account Manager

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to expand the adoption of Spring Health’s offerings. Build business cases to demonstrate the need and value to expand their current mental health offering.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders at the VP level and above as well as CFOs, within our largest customers.
• Understand customer goals, pain points, evolving business needs buying cycles, and areas of opportunity to deliver targeted recommendations, positioning Spring Health as an essential partner in enhancing their mental health offerings.
• Own and iterate full cycle sales pitches to existing customers using a consultative sales approach, including but not limited to running discovery calls, Spring Health overview presentations of specific features/enhancements, demonstrations of the technology platform, pricing and proposal analysis and reviews when necessary and negotiation to close.
• Meet and exceed a set revenue target by closing sales from assigned enterprise customers, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Strategic Alliances, Product, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and value is continuously delivered. Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap.

Senior Account Manager – Upsell, Expansion

Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies to engage public sector organizations, including government agencies, municipalities, and public institutions.
• Research and map complex organizations to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers (e.g., HR leaders, benefits administrators, procurement officers).
• Prospect into public sector accounts through a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn, and other strategic outreach channels.
• Generate qualified, sales-ready meetings for Account Executives using Spring Health’s qualification criteria.

• Design and build scalable, performant front-end features and systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on engineering rigor and maintainability
• Drive top-of-funnel member growth initiatives, including A/B experimentation, feature flagging, and conversion optimization, in close partnership with product and growth teams

Billing Specialist

• As a Temp Billing & Benefits Coordinator, you are the frontline engine of our member experience. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires flexibility. You will be expected to pivot between phone and email support seamlessly throughout the day, depending on the needs of the business and our members.
• Manage a steady, high volume of inbound calls and emails daily. You are the primary point of contact for our members and the bridge to their care. You will help members with a wide variety of needs; including but not limited to, benefit and cost education, insurance verification, and billing disputes, while remaining agile enough to resolve or triage additional member concerns as they arise.
• Act as a first-line troubleshooter for members facing technical hurdles, particularly around payment processing and platform navigation. Escalate issues as needed to cross-functional partners for resolution.
• Communicate sensitive health and financial information with high emotional intelligence. You will de-escalate stressful situations by actively listening and providing solution-focused support, all while remaining strictly HIPAA compliant.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly, ensuring no member request falls through the cracks.
• Resolve member inquiries with a high sense of urgency while adhering strictly to established workflows and SOPs. You will act as a vital feedback loop, identifying and surfacing trends in member concerns and your own observations to help us continuously optimize our processes.

Account Executive

• Drive and lead the sales process from qualification and introduction through closing and introducing to customer service internal team.
• Expand the revenue business through obtaining net new logo customers to reach quota attainment.
