About the role
- Act as the primary Technical Account Manager for CA Fortune to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracted services
- Provide expert training on the use of deliverables and produce strategic analysis and insights where appropriate
- Field client concerns, process enhancement requests, manage data issues and answer analytic questions
- Work on multiple projects concurrently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Report to the Senior Manager, Technical Account Management
- Exhibit solid account management skills to identify and prioritize projects/requests efficiently and effectively
- Assist with CA Fortune contract renewal and advise on retention forecasting to Leadership
- Provide Sales support including scoping, pricing and pitching DAAP deals
- Serve as a back-up for team technical implementation processes (Alteryx)
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills to foster new and existing relationships across the client’s organization
- Maintain a thorough understanding of DAAP/SPINS solutions to effectively direct revenue opportunities
- Manage monthly data and dashboard refresh QC processes
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Administration, related quantitative field of study, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience managing accounts for CPG Manufacturer, Broker, Retailer or Data Provider
- 3+ years of experience developing data insights and visualizations, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using multiple syndicated data sources and BI Platforms
- Ability to serve as a back-up for team technical implementation processes (Alteryx)
