About the role
- Manage daily processing functions across securities operations such as trade support, trade allocation, wire processing, daily processing activities such as draws, pay downs and PIK payments\n
- Manage complex processes across various private asset classes throughout each asset’s lifecycles\n
- Streamline existing workflows to improve the flow of the team’s overall processes\n
- Develop, assist, and lead in implementing new business processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development\n
- Provide accurate cash and position and break resolution to ensure timely cash forecast\n
- Facilitate remediation and root cause problem solving of reconciliation issues\n
- Serve as a subject matter expert in managing divisional/cross-divisional complex projects as well as internal and industry related initiatives\n
- Direct staff in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and programs including developing efficient and effective investment operations workflows using technology\n
- Interact and build external relationships with clients, brokers, counterparties, external manager and custodian banks\n
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Investment’s front, middle, and back office as well as with RGA corporate partners (e.g., IT, Accounting, Structured Finance)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) plus 10+ years investment securities related work experience\n
- 5+ years Private Credit Experience\n
- 5+ Years supervisory/management experience
