Operations

• Manage daily processing functions across securities operations such as trade support, trade allocation, wire processing, daily processing activities such as draws, pay downs and PIK payments\n• Manage complex processes across various private asset classes throughout each asset’s lifecycles\n• Streamline existing workflows to improve the flow of the team’s overall processes\n• Develop, assist, and lead in implementing new business processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development\n• Provide accurate cash and position and break resolution to ensure timely cash forecast\n• Facilitate remediation and root cause problem solving of reconciliation issues\n• Serve as a subject matter expert in managing divisional/cross-divisional complex projects as well as internal and industry related initiatives\n• Direct staff in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and programs including developing efficient and effective investment operations workflows using technology\n• Interact and build external relationships with clients, brokers, counterparties, external manager and custodian banks\n• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Investment’s front, middle, and back office as well as with RGA corporate partners (e.g., IT, Accounting, Structured Finance)
