About the role
- 制定並執行社群操作策略，設立明確的目標、時程、KPI，以及基於數據的操作策略。
- 主導社群活動規劃與執行，包含口碑推廣計畫，確保與 2026 品牌目標一致。
- 嘗試多元社群內容，透過各種測試來優化訊息、形式與互動方式。
- 追蹤與分析表現，具備數據解讀能力，透過反覆測試和持續迭代，提升品牌在社群上的聲量。
- 塑造並傳遞品牌故事，有品牌認知及說故事的能力，能成功在社群管道引起共鳴。
- Develop and execute Owned Social strategies, with clear goals, timelines, KPIs, and investment rationale backed by data.
- Lead campaign planning and execution, including word-of-mouth initiatives, ensuring alignment with 2026 brand goals.
- Experiment with social content, launching various tests to refine messaging, formats, and engagement tactics.
- Track and analyze performance, extracting insights to inform iteration and improve ROI on brand investments.
- Shape and deliver brand narratives, ensuring consistency across channels and resonance with local audiences.
Requirements
- 2 年以上品牌與社群媒體行銷經驗，並能展現可衡量的成效。
- 擅長 數據分析，能評估品牌聲量表現、解讀成果並優化投資。
- 具備強大的 故事敘事能力，能跨多種管道打造吸引人的內容。
- 具備內容規劃與執行經驗，並曾成功推動社群活動。
- 在快速變動的環境中，能展現高度責任感與自主性。
- 英文聽說讀寫能力。
- 2+ years of experience in brand and owned social marketing, with proven results in driving measurable impact.
- Strong storytelling ability to shape compelling narratives across multiple channels.
- Data fluency to evaluate brand performance, interpret results, and optimize investments.
- Experience in content planning and execution, with a track record of successful social activations.
- Operates with high ownership and independence in fast-changing environments.
- Fluency in business English; communicating with the global team at Speak on a daily level should not be a blocker to get things done.
- Nice to have: Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Nice to have: App marketing background.
