• Build and lead Speak's global creative operating system — shared standards, briefs, workflows, taxonomies, and learning loops — co-developed with market teams, not handed down to them
• Partner with Market Leads and local design teams to raise the performance bar across all 5 current markets and future markets, acting as a thought partner and coach rather than a gatekeeper - your success is measured by how much market creative capability grows, not by central output alone
• Own the test-and-learn infrastructure that connects paid, organic, influencer, and landing pages — surface what's working and make sure those learnings flow across channels and markets
• Build and scale a creator and UGC engine that feeds both organic and paid acquisition
• Own global agency relationships and in-house studio capabilities as the function matures, building hybrid production models that keep output high and costs efficient
• Introduce and coach teams on AI creative tools and workflows — building capability across the function, not just speed
• Carry brand integrity across performance creative — translating brand principles into great creative output across markets and high-volume testing environments

Global Creative Strategy Lead

Influencer Marketing

• Own influencer campaigns/ projects end-to-end from outreach to execution and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with influencers and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Provide hands-on feedback on content angles, messaging, and creative execution.
• Test and optimize AI-powered workflows for influencer operations.
• Document learnings and help improve internal influencer systems and processes.

Influencer Marketing Intern

Account Executive

• Build a territory plan and own a pipeline of enterprise accounts from inbound and outbound activity to consistently exceed quota
• Run disciplined discovery and value-selling with executive buyers to drive new ARR and expansion
• Develop account plans that map company priorities, multi-thread at the senior level, and surface expansion paths
• Partner cross-functionally with CSMs, SDRs, Marketing, and Product to position Speak and move deals forward

Product Manager

• Own a product area end-to-end — from strategy and prioritization through execution and iteration

• Define KPIs, set up and analyze experiments, and develop a strong intuition for what moves the needle
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences

People Operations

• Run the full FTE lifecycle across KR, JP, and TW: onboarding, contracts, probation, offboarding, HRIS, and more - maintaining accurate employee data across the three entities with by conducting audits and resolving gaps
• Track multi-market compliance across the region: flag regulatory changes with a recommended action, and keep the handbook up-to-date
• Be the go-to resource for employees across the region on lifecycle and People Ops questions
• Partner closely with the Global People Ops team to keep global processes aligned while reflecting local nuance across APAC markets
• Map existing workflows across the three markets, identify where they break or slow down, and propose improvements together with the team
• Help build and maintain the APAC People Ops SOP and playbook library. The team sets direction together; you build, document, and keep them current
• Help design and implement workflow improvements using AI and automation (contract generation, onboarding triggers, data entry, intake systems) to reduce manual load and increase team capacity
• Collect feedback from employees and partner teams to make sure improvements focus on areas that drive the most impact

People Ops Generalist – Korea

QA Engineer

• Test planning and execution
• Own QA coverage for 1~2 pods: analyze requirements, write test plans and test cases, execute across iOS, Android, webapp, and backend.
• Conduct functional, regression, and design testing. Document and track defects in Qase and Linear
• Participate in pod weeklies and collaborate with PMs and Engineers to clarify requirements and catch issues before they reach QA
• Risk analysis and release readiness
• Assess risk across features and releases: identify what needs the most coverage, what can be deferred, and what's a blocker
• Own release candidate sign-off for your pods, with a clear point of view on what's ready to ship and what isn't
• Surface patterns in defects and coverage gaps to improve how the team plans and prioritizes QA work
• Scale QA intelligently
• Identify what's automatable vs. what requires human judgment and act on that distinction
• Document execution-ready test cases with clear steps for any outsourced or automated testing scope
• Contribute to evaluating and adopting agentic testing tools and AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort over time

• Partner with Product, Engineer, and QA on process improvements, coverage gaps, and release readiness
• Contribute to QA documentation, standards, and best practices across pods

Sales Operations Manager

• Own weekly forecasting and pipeline rhythms with Sales leadership.
• Build and maintain the weekly ops cadence and standard metrics.
• Drive stage hygiene and clear definitions (what moves an opportunity from stage to stage, required fields, SLAs).
• Build dashboards for pipeline coverage, forecast vs target, stage conversion, cycle time, and leading indicators.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps on consistent definitions and auditability so reporting may be used for planning.
• Ensure channel partner reporting consistent, timely and reliable.
• Identify and clean the highest-impact data issues (owner, stage, amount, close date, product, region, source).
• Create training guides, so adoption is durable.
• Set up discounting guardrails and a clear approval matrix.
• Standardize quote / order forms to support contracting, invoicing, and downstream handoffs.
• Ensure the process is fast for the field, while still being controlled and auditable.
• Run territory and account assignment processes.
• Support lead routing logic and SLA monitoring.
