About the role

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and client engagement.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them to the right solutions.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field-based sales teams to follow up on campaigns, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B telephone experience, ideally in a sales environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Background in B2B sales or customer service.
  • Motivated by targets and comfortable engaging with clients by phone and digital channels.
  • Consultative sales approach; experience seeking larger commercial opportunities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool for new business development.
  • Experience using Salesforce (CRM Software).
