About the role
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and client engagement.
- Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them to the right solutions.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and field-based sales teams to follow up on campaigns, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed activity, KPI, and sales targets to contribute to overall business success.
- Drive new client acquisition and support long-term business success.
Requirements
- Proven B2B telephone experience, ideally in a sales environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
- Background in B2B sales or customer service.
- Motivated by targets and comfortable engaging with clients by phone and digital channels.
- Consultative sales approach; experience seeking larger commercial opportunities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool for new business development.
- Experience using Salesforce (CRM Software).
